City Lines Bar and Grill is a four-year-old American-themed elevated casual restaurant with a full bar, two beautiful patios, and a private dining room in addition to our main dining room. We have seasonal cocktail menu changes, which we love to include creations from our bar staff. We consider ourselves a family and work together as one team. Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customer's needs and preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Plan and present bar menu
Check the customer's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Proven working experience as a bartender (experience is a must).
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
