We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and training. You will help to maintain a high-quality training program and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. You must be able to oversee the dining room, check in with customers, and balance seating capacity, as well as manage the flow of tickets going to the kitchen. We expect you to lead by example and uplift and inspire our staff during busy moments in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
This position is best suited for an individual who enjoys working evenings/nights.

-Food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait for staff
